-SRES Rental Properties-

 Any/all prospective tenants 18 years of age and older must apply and be included on the rental contracts.

Application fees are $50 per applicant.

 Information is provided by rental property owners and county records, and is subject to change. Information is not a guarantee and should be verified.

Proof of renters insurance with a minimum of $300,000 liability coverage is required. Rental Property Owner must be listed as additional insured. 

SRES follows Federal Occupancy Standards. Max. 2 per bedroom + 1 additional occupant; Max 2 per studio. 

Typical turnaround for approval/denial is 3-5 business days based on how quickly information is provided to SRES by the applicant and verifying parties. 

 The total gross income for the household must be at least 3 times the monthly rent. Income must be verifiable through employer as well as paycheck stubs, bank statements, award letters or tax returns. 

Applicants must have positive credit history, 625 score or higher. Including no evictions. Also to include no debt to previous rental property owners.
 

 Must be discharged for two years prior to approval of an application. 

3 years of verifiable combined Rental/Home Ownership History (excluding renting from family members) for single family homes and multi-family units.
